Envision CNC Machining offer IN-HOUSE CNC Machining, where WE are vigilant over the milling process, quality, and on-time shipment back to you. Automated CNC milling processes allows us to perform heavy machining and rapidly cut solid metal, and even plastic, raw material sheets and blocks of varying thicknesses into precisely drilled and excised panels, within tolerances of a few thousands of an inch or less, refined to your specifications.
What’s new?
We have reinvested over $100K back into our business and purchased the Haas VF-3SSYT Vertical Mill, which expands our heavy-duty capabilities to machine larger, thicker parts, faster, with greater precision, repeatability, and complexity, and in larger quantities. This particular Haas “super-speed” model offers more table space- 40” X 26” and adds the capability of a 4th axis.
How does this benefit you?
Our Haas high-performance Super-Speed vertical machining center allows us to reduce set-up and cycle times and ship product to you FASTER & more PRECISELY! The high-speed spindles produce a pristinely smooth, polished finish, while cutting down run times, with ease of operation and repeatability.
We augmented the HAAS VF-3SSYT with the additional “HRT-210” Rotary Table:

Large format CNC Machining
The Benefit:
3 Axes, but we added a 4th axis capability with the HRT-210 rotary table:
X-Axis travels 40” with max thrust 1,995 lbf
Y-Axis travels 26” with max thrust 1,995 lbf (travel is extended through the extra “YT” option)
Z-Axis travels 25” (height) with max thrust 3,085 lbf (travel is extended through the extra “YT” option)

User-friendly controls: Intuitive navigation, easy to learn, loads of built-in features that simplify programming
Ethernet and WiFi Connectivity: Connects the HAAS CNC machine directly to our LAN for loading and transferring part programs, remote monitoring, data collection (with 3rd-party software), and more.
Remote Monitoring: Allows a Supervisor/Manager to monitor the status of the machine 24/7, via the “MyHaas” web interface or mobile app. Notifications are sent of program start, program stop, overrides, and alarms.
1 GB Programmable Memory: Allows us to store and run large part programs directly from the CNC machine, store a library of part programs, store media files for the M130 Media Display M-code, and much more. This eliminates the need for external storage devices.
